Find Your Voice® — 21 days

For: working professionals who freeze when they try to speak.

The goal of these 21 days is not to sound polished. It is to break the silence reflex.

1. Days 1–7 — Open your mouth. Very short sentences, 20 minutes a day. Nobody corrects you in this phase.
2. Days 8–14 — Speak longer. Join sentences into ideas. You start receiving feedback on your most frequent patterns.
3. Days 15–21 — Speak in real situations. Applied to your actual work: introducing yourself, answering questions, stating an opinion.
